The program doesn't seem to have crashed, since the little twirly bar continues spinning happily, but nothing ever happens. now what I get is a functional looking executable all the way through downloading scenery, objects, etc, and to the final phase of "loading scenery", and then it sits there forever. That was resolved by deleting my folder in my User directory, and from there, everything seemed truly golden, until. ![]() However, from there I got everything pointed at my new data and scenery directories, and everything seemed fine except for an unwritable database error. I had some trouble finding all the hidden directory definitions for scenery et al until I finally found out the "previous" button in FGRun takes you there from the first screen (doh!). Hi, I doubt I can give enough detail for anyone to really solve my problem for me, but I've built the 3.1.0 superbuild for windows, 32 bit, windows 7, and have cobbled together an (apparently) functional copy of fgdata version 3.1.0, with everything included except a bunch of the airplanes. ![]()
